The Montgomery County Active Aging Committee invites residents to participate in the County’s 3rd annual Active Aging Week, part of a national effort to promote healthy lifestyles. Events planned for Active Aging Week,October 5 through 11,include walks, fitness classes, book discussions, language conversation, games, technology skill classes, volunteer information, and much more.
