A heartfelt thank you to IRUSA for your incredible support! Your generosity has made a profound difference in the lives of AMSS seniors. During the holy month of Ramadan, AMSS Ambassadors enthusiastically delivered 280 boxes of essential food items, generously donated by IRUSA, to isolated, marginalized, and culturally diverse seniors in Montgomery County. Our Ambassadors truly went above and beyond, ensuring that each individual and their family members received a box, along with a hot meal and fresh fruit—providing not only nutritious food but also a sense of community and care during this sacred time.
The IRUSA commitment to helping those in need exemplifies the spirit of giving, and we are immensely grateful for your partnership in this noble cause.
Reading about how the American Muslim Senior Society joined hands with Islamic Relief USA to bring food and hope to isolated seniors made me pause and think about the importance of persistence and service in every part of life. It reminded me of times when my own schedule felt overwhelming, especially when classes and personal responsibilities collided, and I caught myself wishing someone could take my online class so I could catch a break.
